Zendaya and Robert Pattinson brought some drama to Rome this evening, but only for a premiere, let’s be clear. In fact, the promotion of The Drama, the film starring them as a couple about to get married, is in full swing, not without a good dose of tension, as the title already implies. For tonight, however, no twists and turns: just impeccable style, understanding and looks perfectly in keeping with the cinematic atmosphere of the project.
For the occasion, in fact, Zendaya once again interpreted the bride-themed method dressing in line with the plot of the film, following the Victorian wedding tradition that the bride should wear five lucky items: something old, something new, something borrowed, something given away, and something blue.
And after already sporting something new and something old at past awards shows, for this occasion she has chosen something borrowed, straight from Cate Blanchett, who wore the same dress to the Venice Film Festival in 2025 and before that to the SAG Awards in 2022: a custom Giorgio Armani Privé creation in black silk, with an architectural column silhouette featuring a deep neckline embellished with onyx stones.
Instead, Robert Pattinson sports a tailored charcoal gray suit, with a shirt worn unbuttoned at the collar, which adds that nonchalant touch typical of his style.
