Paris Fashion Week officially kicked off today, and among the insiders who arrived in the city, Victoria Beckham could hardly be absent. Her brand’s runway show is scheduled for Friday, March 7, a now permanent fixture on the Parisian calendar that was definitely consecrated last January when the British designer was named a Knight of the Order of Arts and Letters in an official ceremony at the French Ministry of Culture.
A prestigious honor that enshrines Victoria’s relevance in the international fashion system and strengthens her ties with the French capital, which has become the home of her collections. And it is here that, as per tradition, most of the Beckham family is expected – excluding eldest son Brooklyn Beckham, after the statements with which he expressed his desire to distance himself from the family.
Otherwise, the Beckham family never fails to show compactness: a constant presence at brand front rows, but also a mutual support that goes beyond the catwalk. Cruz Beckham is currently on tour with his band, performing in front of sold-out audiences in the United Kingdom, while Romeo Beckham is building his own path in fashion and last month walked the runway for Burberry during London Fashion Week. A support that Victoria and David Beckham have always shown, turning every public event into a family celebration.

In anticipation of the show, Victoria appeared in the French capital true to her signature sophisticated minimalism: bright red turtleneck and her brand’s signature Alina tailored pants featuring exposed pockets. Completing the look was an Hermès Kelly 35 Teddy Shearling.
