After conquering American football and building an increasingly solid business career, Tom Brady expands his portfolio with a new project dedicated to wellness. In fact, the former NFL quarterback has unveiled Good Nut, a line of organic coconut water developed in collaboration with the rapid delivery platform Gopuff (with which he previously launched GOAT Gummies, organic and vegan fruit-based snacks).
The initiative, as Fox News reported, comes at a particularly favorable time for the functional beverage sector, with more and more consumers turning to products perceived as more natural, with simple ingredients and reduced sugar content, contributing to the steady growth of the coconut water market globally.
The former athlete told the portal that she has been consuming coconut water for years and considers hydration a key component of her lifestyle, both during her sports career and today, and it was from this daily habit that she came up with the idea of developing a product that reflected her needs in terms of quality and simplicity. The new range is made with organic coconut from Vietnam and will be available in three variants: classic, chocolate and sparkling, with the aim of offering a fresh and versatile alternative to those looking for drinks with a more natural profile.
According to Tyler Stewart, Gopuff’s marketing manager, the project stems from a desire to innovate an existing category through a product characterized by featuring select ingredients, a distinctive taste and a brand identity capable of attracting the public’s attention.
