SkinCeuticals accelerates with Ferrari: Scuderia’s first skincare partnership

Beauty is always running faster. Proof of this is SkinCeuticals, which, as reported by WWD, has announced a new partnership with Scuderia Ferrari HP, becoming the first skincare brand to officially join the universe of the Formula 1 team. The partnership comes at a time of strong growth for SkinCeuticals, which, as Julien Chardon, the brand’s global president, said, “has joined L’Oréal’s prestigious club of billionaire brands. This has solidified our position as the world’s leading medical-aesthetic skincare brand and a major player in L’Oréal’s Dermatological Beauty division.”

The collaboration, Chardon continues, stems from “very strong shared values, particularly in the fields of performance and scientific excellence in innovation. Hence the desire to bring these values into new cultural spaces, where performance meets beauty and becomes an aspirational lifestyle capable of speaking to our audience. If we think of Formula 1 as a sport, at its heart is the pursuit of absolute performance through continuous innovation, engineering and technology. But today it has also become a new global arena for beauty, longevity and optimizing well-being.”

“SkinCeuticals users have long referred to us as the Ferrari of skincare, and this immediately demonstrates the fit between the two brands,” Chardon explained. “Scuderia Ferrari has spent decades transforming engineering and performance into a quest for beauty and a true cultural phenomenon.”

The collaboration will kick off with a joint campaign focusing on the themes of shared performance, but also skincare education activities, immersive experiences among pop-ups and hospitality events. It will do so both on digital channels and during Grand Prix weekends, starting in June in Monaco. Among the projects unveiled are a dedicated skincare spa area at the Scuderia Ferrari yacht and several pop-ups during various Grands Prix around the world.
