Louis Vuitton: new Easter collection includes a €250 chocolate “Egg Bag”

Just as last year, for this Easter Louis Vuitton has decided to create an exclusive collection that, while in line with the brand’s concept, revisits some must-have pieces in a version… made of chocolate. Featured on the website Le Chocolat – Louis Vuitton by Maxime Frédéric, the collection of chocolate creations inspired by the maison’s codes sees the pastry chef create sensational pieces, which are then elegantly packaged in the brand’s iconic boxes.

Especially for the upcoming Easter holidays, the “Chocolate Egg Bag” revisits in chocolate the iconic model created by Nicolas Ghesquière, artistic director of the women’s line, and presented during the SS19 fashion show. Available on the website for €250, two dark chocolate shells filled with roasted nuts, candied fruit and hazelnut praline were combined to make it, whose handles and hinge are made of colorful white chocolate. In the center of this special egg is a milk chocolate bar with hazelnut praline and lemon caramel.

In addition, a Mini “Egg Bag” box is also available , where the above-mentioned bag is reproduced in 6 small eggs: two in milk chocolate filled with hazelnut praline with hazelnut chips and vanilla caramel, two in milk chocolate filled with peanut praline with peanut chips and vanilla caramel, and two in dark chocolate, decorated with praline, chocolate and chocolate caramel.

Last but not least, within the Easter collection it is also possible to purchase a box containing three chocolate chicks, giving rise to a box set capable of reinterpreting an emblematic jewel of the Maison in a mouth-watering and refined version. Each chick in turn reveals a filled heart: dark chocolate, crunchy praline and buckwheat caramel; milk chocolate, oat praline and honey caramel; and milk chocolate, corn praline and vanilla caramel.
