Kaia Gerber is the woman of the moment. The reason is *The Shards*, the new series created by Ryan Murphy and Bret Easton Ellis, and one of the most anticipated shows of the summer. This is thanks to a flawless press tour, the unmistakable signature of Ryan Murphy, and stars like Kaia, who has once again proven that the runway isn’t her only home. She plays Susan, alongside a cast that also includes Igby Rigney, Hayes Warner, Graham Campbell, and Homer Gere—the son of Richard Gere, the ex-husband of Kaia’s mother, Cindy Crawford. And if these Hollywood connections alone are enough to make your head spin, the series does the same with its plot.
Now that the promotional tour is over, Kaia is enjoying some time in Los Angeles and setting aside the ’80s-inspired looks that made *The Shards* a hit in the fashion world as well, returning to her signature minimal-chic style. By her side is Lewis Pullman, an increasingly established actor and the face of some of the most interesting productions of recent years, with whom she has been in a relationship since early 2025.
For the occasion, the model and actress wore a classic trench coat over an all-black outfit, accessorized with black heeled ballet flats and a sweater draped around her neck. Lewis, on the other hand, opted for a blue work jacket, paired with a lighter-colored T-shirt, light-colored pants, and sneakers.
