After months and days of waiting, it’s finally real. In a heavily secured New York City, with its crown jewel—Madison Square Garden—off-limits, Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce said “I do” for good. The wedding is finally a reality after weeks of rumors and speculation, in the presence of a massive guest list and numerous plot twists. And it was the arena itself that confirmed it, with its jumbotrons suddenly displaying the message “JusT&T married!”, referencing the initials of the singer and the football player’s names.
But while there are few details from inside the Garden, it’s outside—around New York City—that photos and activity around the arena have provided a few more details about the ceremony. But perhaps it’s best to start with what is known about the wedding. As reported by the BBC, followed by many other international media outlets, and according to Taylor Swift’s longtime publicist, both Taylor and Travis wore Christian Dior Haute Couture designed by Jonathan Anderson. Most notably, the ceremony was officiated by a very special guest: Adam Sandler. It was a special moment, celebrated exactly as Taylor and Travis wanted. There were no bridesmaids or maids of honor, but in their place was Swift’s brother, Austin, who served as the bride’s maid of honor, while Travis’s brother, former American football player Jason Kelce, served as the best man. It was a moving ceremony full of love, according to initial accounts gathered by the Daily Mail, which reported on the first testimonies from those present at the event. One such account comes from George Stephanopoulos, host of “Good Morning America,” who described Taylor and Travis’s wedding vows as “everything you could want: authentic, sincere, serious, and even a little crazy.” The tabloid also reports that the couple’s arrival was greeted by a shower of petals along the aisle, accompanied by one of his songs performed by a string orchestra.

It’s all in the family, in short. But that’s not all. Because there were many celebrities spotted before and after the ceremony, which took place late at night in Italy. Like Benson Boone, photographed looking incredibly stylish as he left his hotel. Or Gigi Hadid and Bradley Cooper, Dakota Johnson, Ed Sheeran and Cherry Seaborn, the Haim sisters—who just a few weeks ago had celebrated the Knicks’ victory with Taylor, Ellie Goulding, Kelsea Ballerini, as well as Hugh Grant, Karlie Kloss with Joshua Kushner, and also Zoë Kravitz, Jason Sudeikis, Ethan Hawke, Camilla Cabello, Jimmy Fallon, and Tommy Hilfiger.

And other big names were spotted among what appears to be 1,000 guests, including Tate McRae, Jessica Alba with her boyfriend Danny Ramirez, as well as Oscar winner Emma Stone and Dita Von Teese. On social media, some have speculated—based on leaked photos—that Brad Pitt was there with Ines de Ramon. Speculation and missing details abound, but one thing is certain: Taylor and Travis said “I do,” turning their love story into a fairy tale with a happy ending.
