The date is June 4, 2026 in Los Angeles, where Hermès will present the third leg of its Chapter Two shows, this time for the Fall 2026 women’s collection. Conceived by Nadège Vanhee-Cybulski, artistic director of women’s ready-to-wear, the series of presentations began in New York in June 2024, when Hermès took over Pier 36 to show Chapter Two of the Fall 2024 collection. The show oscillated between French tradition and New York eclecticism, linking the Parisian catwalk’s riding-inspired offerings, from classic riding to a more rebellious version on motorcycles, to the vibrant and colorful spirit of New York.
The second stage, presented in Shanghai in June 2025, was a playful study of modularity and functionality. The catwalk, a 3,200-foot-long orange superstructure along the waterfront, hosted some 800 guests including international press, celebrities, influencers, and VIP clients.
Last March 7, 2026, in the middle of Paris Fashion Week, Hermès presented Chapter One of the Fall 2026 collection, with a catwalk-labyrinth surrounded by greenery, under a blue sky recreated inside the east building of the Garde Républicaine, the division of the French army that protects the President and the government. We just have to wait for the second chapter of the story, this time in Los Angeles.
