With the first hints of fine weather illuminating even the Capital, Alessandro Michele’s Roman strolls are tinged with sophisticated country suggestions. Valentino’s creative director, after all, does not renounce his unmistakable signature style: relaxed, retro and imbued with a casual elegance, here reinterpreted through exquisitely spring-like accents such as the wide-brimmed straw hat.
Completing the designer’s look was a blue-and-white striped shirt, deep red velvet pants, sneakers and a quilted shoulder strap, of course by Valentino. After all, transporting the bucolic aesthetic to the heart of the city has never been so effortless.
